Return & Customer Service Policy
30-Day Return Policy
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving your item.
After this period, returns or refunds are no longer accepted.
Return Conditions
A return is accepted only if:
- the item is unused
- the item is in its original condition
- all accessories and original packaging are included
Return Process
- Contact us via email at support@bynoema.com and provide the reason for the return
- Our customer service team will provide the correct return address and instructions
- Return the item according to the instructions provided
- Please share the tracking number after shipping
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 2 business days.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method:
- PayPal: 2–5 business days
- Credit Card: 3–7 business days
- E-wallet: 2–3 business days
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchange requests are processed within 48 hours after the return has been approved.
The delivery time for replacement items is typically 6–10 business days, depending on the destination.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours after purchase.
After this period, cancellation is no longer possible.
Return Shipping Costs
We offer a 30-day return policy.
Return shipping costs are covered by us only in the following cases:
- the item is damaged
- there is a product defect
- the wrong item was delivered
In all other cases, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including:
- change of mind
- incorrect order
- used items
