If you receive a defective Book Nook, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange a replacement or a refund as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

How long does the battery last for each Book Nook?

The battery life of a Book Nook depends on how frequently it is used and the settings.
On average, the battery lasts between 5 and 12 hours.

Is the Noema model kit suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! Our Book Nook kits are carefully selected to be beginner-friendly. Many sets include pre-assembled lighting components, and all parts are pre-cut and clearly numbered. Each kit comes with detailed, step-by-step illustrated instructions no prior model-building experience required.

When will I receive my order?

Your Noema is usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Once shipped, your package typically arrives within 5–8 business days, and often even sooner. If any issues arise during transit, we’ll of course be happy to assist you at any time.

Do I need to pay any additional fees or taxes?

No,the price you pay is the final price.

There are absolutely no hidden fees or extra charges we promise.

What if a part breaks during assembly?

This can sometimes happen and that’s completely okay!

We offer a free replacement parts service. Simply send us a photo, and we’ll make sure you can get back to building as quickly as possible.

How much is the shipping fee?

Orders within Germany qualify for free shipping on purchases over €90.

For smaller orders, a €4.99 shipping fee applies fair and fully transparent.

How can I track my shipment after it's been dispatched?

When will I receive my order?

For domestic orders, products are shipped from the nearest warehouse. We have warehouses in 14 countries, and delivery usually takes 6-10 business days. Since our products are carefully made and printed, international orders may take longer, depending on the destination.

Why is there a delay in shipping?

Can I choose expedited shipping?
