Is the Noema model kit suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! Our Book Nook kits are carefully selected to be beginner-friendly. Many sets include pre-assembled lighting components, and all parts are pre-cut and clearly numbered. Each kit comes with detailed, step-by-step illustrated instructions no prior model-building experience required.
Why are there no batteries or glue included in the package?
Due to shipping regulations, we are unable to ship glue or batteries together with the Noema kits.
But don’t worry you only need a small amount to get started:

Alternatively, you can easily purchase white craft glue from a local craft store or hardware store. It’s affordable, convenient, and widely available.
How much is the shipping fee?
Orders within Germany qualify for free shipping on purchases over €90.
For smaller orders, a €4.99 shipping fee applies fair and fully transparent.
When will I receive my order?
Your Noema is usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Once shipped, your package typically arrives within 5–8 business days, and often even sooner. If any issues arise during transit, we’ll of course be happy to assist you at any time.

What if my product arrives damaged?
Of course, this shouldn’t happen—but if there is any issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

What if a part breaks during assembly?
This can sometimes happen and that’s completely okay!
